2. Applying the Speaker Foam strip around the speaker mounting surface further acts as an air-tight seal to eliminate bass response lost from gaps between the speaker and the mounting plate.

3. Attaching the Sound Snakes (suitable for up to 8-inch speakers ) around the front lip of the speaker acts as a seal to the door trim panel. This stops audio from being lost behind the door trim and also directs all the sound into the car.
