The Rockford Fosgate M2WL-8HB is a pair of M2 series 8 inch 2-way horn loaded wake tower speaker enclosures in black, built on the same platform as the M2WL-8H but in a black finish. Each enclosure houses the M2-8HB driver featuring an integrated 1 inch (25mm) high-efficiency horn tweeter designed to project music further and with greater clarity toward the skier or wakeboarder at distance. Power handling is 300W RMS and 1200W peak, with a frequency response of 20Hz-25kHz.

Each enclosure is constructed from 100% UV stable high-density ASA plastic with IPX6 water intrusion rating and full Element Ready protection against dust, UV radiation, temperature extremes, corrosion, and vibration. The included universal clamp system mounts to wake tower bars from 1.5 to 3.0 inches in diameter with 360 degrees of rotation for precise aiming. Direct mounting is also supported for compatible tower bars. Dual integrated Deutsch/Amphenol 6-pin connectors in two locations support both thru-clamp and direct-mount configurations. Deutsch DT connectors incorporate front and rear silicone seals against environmental ingress. The ICC (Integrated Concealed Crossover) is hidden inside the basket for a cleaner installation.

Color Optix RGB LED lighting is fully controllable via the PMX-RGB controller and RF Connect app (available on iOS and Android, sold separately). The 3DIL (3D Illuminated Logo) technology allows the rear Rockford Fosgate medallion to rotate 360 degrees so it remains correctly oriented regardless of mounting angle.
