The Morel ELATE CARBON PRO 53A delivers reference-quality audio performance through its sophisticated 3-way active component design. This compact system features Morel's TLC (Triple Layer Composite) carbon fiber/Rohacell sandwich cones combined with FEA and Klipple-optimized EVC motors for exceptional sound reproduction and minimal distortion. The MT450 tweeters incorporate Acuflex™ coated silk domes with dual neodymium magnets, engineered to fit factory tweeter locations while delivering extended frequency response up to 25 kHz. The dedicated MM3 3.5" midrange driver utilizes EVC motor technology with a 54mm voice coil for precise mid-frequency control. As an active system, the ELATE CARBON PRO 53A requires external amplification and active crossover management (MTX 380C available separately), enabling optimal frequency division and driver control. The 5.25" configuration offers exceptional performance in space-constrained installations while maintaining the full 3-way active design benefits.
