The Morel ELATE CARBON MW6 delivers enhanced woofer performance in the popular 6.5" format with advanced engineering and striking visual design. This driver features Morel's proprietary triple-layer cone construction, consisting of two layers of carbon fiber sandwiching a Rohacell foam core for incredible stiffness, high damping, and lightweight performance. The large 3-inch diameter voice coil is paired with Morel's EVC motor technology for remarkable control and low distortion. The MW6 provides improved bass extension down to 30 Hz compared to the smaller MW5, while maintaining exceptional power handling capabilities. With 180W RMS power handling, 4-ohm impedance, and enhanced 87 dB sensitivity, the MW6 offers superior output and efficiency. The frequency response extends from 30 Hz to 4 kHz, making it versatile for both 2-way and 3-way component systems.
