Sound Deadening Kits for Pick up Trucks Including C10, C1500, OBS, Square Body, Chevy, Chev, GMX, F150, F250, F350

Standard Packs

• Pack 1 and 2 come with Acoustic Liner Carpet underlay - a peel and stick closed cell foam that you stick on the Sound Deadener.
• Pack 1 insulates everything but the roof, Pack 2 adds on the roof insulation.

Pack 1 (Approx 15kg) - Pick up Floor Pan and Rear Wall Pack Includes:

• 2 Boxes (3.6sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener (stuck to sheet metal) - Install on your floorpan and rear firewall, cover from above your pedals, across the floor pan up the rear firewall to below the rear window.
• 2 Boxes (3.4sq/m) Acoustic Liner (stuck over Stage 1 Sound Deadener) - Stage 2 sound barrier to cover firewall and floor pan to top of rear wall
• PLUS a bonus install kit including; application roller, utility knife and 1 x roll of foil tape.

Pack 2 (Approx 20kg) - Pick up Floor Pan, Rear Wall, Roof and Door Pack Includes:

• 3 Boxes (5.4sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener (stuck to sheet metal) - Install on your floorpan, rear firewall, roof & door skins. Cover front firewall, down across the floor pan up the rear firewall to below the rear window. Also enough sheets to cover the roof & door skins.
• 2 Boxes (3.4sq/m) Acoustic Liner (stuck over Stage 1 Sound Deadener) - Stage 2 sound barrier to cover firewall and floor pan to top of rear wall
• 1 Sheet (1sq/m) Insul-Layer 6mm (stuck over Stage 1 Sound Deadener in roof)- Light weight, closed cell, peel and stick foam. Stick on your roof skin to soften inbound sound and create a thermal barrier protecting you from external heat.
• PLUS a bonus install kit including; application roller, utility knife and 1 x roll of foil tape.

Premium Packs

• Pack 3 and 4 come with Mass Noise Liner - a premium non stick underlay, is closed cell foam with a 2mm thick mass loaded vinyl layer on top. This is waterproof, and utilising the vinyl layer as a sound blanket it blocks more sound than Acoustic Liner.
• Pack 3 insulates everything but the roof, Pack 4 adds on the roof insulation.

Pack 3 (Approx 30kg) - Pick up Floor Pan, Rear Wall and Door Pack Includes:

• 2 Boxes (3.6sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener (stuck to sheet metal) - Install on your floorpan and rear firewall, cover from above your pedals, across the floor pan up the rear firewall to below the rear window.
• 2 Sheets (3sq/m) Mass Noise Liner (to replace carpet underlay) - Stage 2 sound barrier to cover firewall and floor pan to rear firewall
• 1 Box (1.7sq/m) Acoustic Liner (stuck over Stage 1 Sound Deadener)- Peel & stick, dual layer 12mm thick flexible foam to cover the rear firewall.
