Patchleads work in conjunction with Aerpro "CH" Steering Wheel Control Harnesses and Aerpro "APP8" Primary ISO Harnesses. Patchleads transmit the converted button presses from the vehicle steering wheel controls via the "CH" Steering Wheel Control Harness to the aftermarket headunit.

Secondary Harnesses with Patch Lead are designed to plug into any Primary Steering Wheel Control Adapter making it a easy 2 step plug-n-play process to retain this convenient feature. Makes installing your car stereo head unit a simple task.
