The Aerpro AKHY1 is a 9 inch installation kit engineered specifically for the Hyundai i30 GD (2012-2017) in vehicles without factory navigation. The kit includes all components required to mount a universal trapezoid shaped 9 inch radio into the dashboard while retaining steering wheel controls including the phone button, parking tones, and factory reverse camera if the vehicle is equipped with one.
Compatible head units include the Pioneer DMH-AP6650BT, Kenwood DMX80AXS, Alpine INE-AW409S and INE-AX809, Aerpro AM9X, and various Android head units. A head unit ISO harness is not included - the Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness is recommended and sold separately. This kit does not support Pioneer CAN Bus features. On boot-up, instead of selecting CAN Bus Adapter, go to Menu and select Steering Wheel Control > With Adapter. Feature retention is radio dependent. This kit is not compatible with standard DIN or double DIN sized radios.
